The Omakase Spirit
Curated Cocktail Catering
Curated Cocktail Catering
Move beyond the standard drink menu and dazzle your guests with an event they won't forget!
Our Omakase service is a guided exploration of a single spirit, tailored to the palate of your guests and the energy of the evening. We don’t just serve drinks; we tell a three-part story through flavor, texture, and technique.
We cater intimate cocktail events of 2-15 people throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
Choose any two medleys from our menu below for your guests to choose from. Upon arrival, each guest selects their medley.
Using that base spirit, we craft three distinct cocktails that showcase the spirit's versatility:
The Aperitif: Light, crisp, and designed to awaken the palate
The Signature: A complex, balanced centerpiece that we are renowned for
The Finale: A rich, decadent finish to round out the indulgence
